1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the PoupaLista platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Service Description

PoupaLista is a multi-tenant SaaS omnichannel communication platform that integrates official APIs from WhatsApp (Meta), Instagram, and Facebook, offering Artificial Intelligence automation, lead management (CRM), appointment scheduling, and payment processing via PIX.

3. User Responsibilities

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to use the platform in compliance with applicable laws, including LGPD and GDPR, and third-party platform policies (such as Meta Business Policy).

4. Payments and Credits

The platform uses a credit system. Credits are purchased via PIX (OpenPix) and consumed based on message usage and AI tokens. Credits are non-refundable, except as required by law.

5. Artificial Intelligence and Disclaimer

Our AI Agents process information based on the knowledge base provided by the user. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the infallibility of AI-generated responses. The user is responsible for supervising automated interactions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technologies of PoupaLista are the exclusive property of PL.Omnichannel or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform in case of violation of these terms or misuse that compromises system stability.
