We collect data necessary for providing the service, including: - **Registration Information:** Name, email, phone, Tax ID (CPF/CNPJ), and password. - **Communication Data:** Content of messages exchanged via WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook, including text, audio, and files. - **Lead Data:** Contact info, interaction history, and AI-generated qualification scores. - **Appointment Data:** Dates, times, and requested services. - **Payment Data:** PIX transaction information processed via OpenPix. - **Technical Data:** IP address, browser type, and access logs for security and auditing purposes.

2. Use of Artificial Intelligence

We use AI models (such as Semantic Kernel and RAG) to process messages, qualify leads, and generate automatic responses. Data is processed in an isolated manner per tenant, ensuring that one customer's information is not accessible by others.

3. Third-Party Sharing

To operate, we share strictly necessary data with: - **Meta:** For integration with WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. - **Cloud Providers (AWS):** For data and file storage (S3). - **AI Services (OpenAI/Azure):** For natural language processing. - **OpenPix:** For payment processing. - **Analytics Tools:** Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to improve user experience.

4. Security and Data Isolation

We implement end-to-end encryption in WhatsApp flows (RSA + AES-256) and ensure logical data isolation between tenants in our PostgreSQL database.

As a data subject, you have the right to confirm the existence of processing, access your data, correct incomplete information, or request deletion, as provided by current legislation (LGPD/GDPR).
